I recommend Roberto at the Ironmonger/DIY shop on the left as you enter the village, before the church. Roberto did our locks. Prompt and reliable.

Reasonably easy to to do your self,for multi point it's normally just the barrel ,if you don't fancy doing it get yourself a few quotes,speaking from experience unfortunately
