I am living in England. My Father is 83 years old and is living alone he has no neighbours either side of him. I am so worried he likes to think he can manage the shopping and getting his medication. My Father is a very proud man. But I am worried and just wanted to ask if anyone can help or offer me any advice he has no face masks either Xx

In mine they are available to all on demand, no SIP card required - and quite right too.
Many town halls are handing them out also.
Everything helps of course but I don't think I'd worry too much about masks though, the vast preponderance of evidence leans toward them being of little use as a defence and even a potentially enhanced risk if used carelessly.
Hopefully someone a bit more local can offer some practical help, it's allowable under the lockdown rules.

Again not in my pharmacy.
I'm over 65, resident, and with SIP card (was collecting my prescription at the time), they had a sign up saying that they had masks but limited to two per customer.
I was not asked if I wanted any nor offered them but I had to ask and pay.
Regarding their effectiveness I lifted this from the BBC site this morning.

From yesterday all those over, I believe, 65 years of age are entitled to be given 3 free masks by their farmacia.
