That's something a lot of us would like to know. I check El Pais every day nothing to give us any comfort or clue as to when.

From what I gather where we are called to be vaccinated will depend on the number of people living in that area, those with the fewest will most likely be called to their medical centre, but that is in no way certain.

Those areas with the highest numbers of individuals will probably have to go to mass vaccination centres, again this is by no means certain but I saw that if that is the case then it will have to have sufficient parking and/or public transport links, Elche, Alicante and Valencia were mentioned but please dont take this as definite.

I have to admit to being envious of my brother and sister who are considerably younger than me and have already had their first jab.

Thank you I feel the same as you very envious of all my friends in the uk who have had theirs, even a friend who lives in Texas who has had her second. Thank you for your reply we will just have to keep our fingers crossed. I hope to visit friends and family in July lets hope Spain will sort something out by then. Its a discrace they are opening the bars up again and they want to welcome tourists back when they are dithering about over the vacine. I have no fear of British tourists comming back they will be vaccinated but what about Spanish tourists comming from the big cities and any other EU tourists.

I feel the same way, I want to go back to the UK as my niece is expecting her first child in June, but dont want to go back and miss my vaccination slot.

I really wish the authorities would pull their collective fingers out and start telling us what is going on, personally I dont think they have a clue that's why we have not heard anything yet.

Vaccinating the care home residents and healthcare workers was the easy part they knew where everyone was, now they have to roll it out to the wider population things seem to be mired in confusion.

This is one of the reasons we are going back we are not very impressed with Spain after everything we were told to much red tape. We have paid a high price for sunshine. I have only seen my grandaughter one since she was born in November 2019. I am going to the uk for a month but if we can get back perminantly before then we will go.

Ann I wish I had something positive to say to you, we keep being told that the 80s + are supposedly being vaccinated now but any information surrounding that and how it's going seems to be thin on the ground, the fact we are not being told how it's going says to me it's not going that well, if it was we would be hearing about it, the silence is deafening.

From the scant information i have your dad should get a phone call ( it must be a Spanish mobile or a landline) if he has an up to date SIP card.

To make sure your dads information is utd this is the link.

Hi I would also say the lack of response to my question on this subject speaks volumes. No body knows what is happening and no one has had their vaccine.
