Vaccination Certificate

Does anyone know if the vaccination certificate printed off at the health centre in the village is acceptable for flying or ferry back to the England?

No it isn’t.
You may only use a vaccination certificate from U.K. administered jabs.
You will need to take an antigen test up to 3 days before you travel to the U.K.
Complete a passenger locator form, take Day 2 and Day 8 tests and quarantine for 10 days.
Your Spanish jab certificate will allow you to enter Spain without the need for testing.
