Changing to a Spanish driving licence

I need to change my driving licence to a spanish one. Can anyone help with knowing the nearest place to take a Phsycotechnical test near to Campoverde. Thank you
If you are exchanging your U.K. licence for a Spanish one you do not need the Medical Report if your licence is not near the expiry date ( usually about two years , your new Spanish one will then have the remaining period of your old licence.
