Looking for the family of the late John Donnelly, Calle Gardenia ( died May 2019)

Can anyone help? My family and I were on holiday staying with John in his holiday home in June 2018. Our family have been friends since the1930s when John was raised in Springburn, Glasgow. My mother who is now 86 years old visited John with us in 2018 and over the last year has tried to contact him many times by telephone. We have tried to contact his niece Collette who lives in Kirkintilloch, Scotland but the telephone number we have is ringing out. We so want to speak to the family to offer our condolences and suspect that the family have lost our contact details.
We only discovered that John had died through a search our son made on google which brought up a post in The Rusty Nail Pub to state that he had died.
