Hi I am looking to make friends locally as will be staying for 6 months of the year in Campoverde so if you can help me out with this that would be great I am 65 years old and like to explore and travel and of course food and drink in very much enjoyed

If you like walking there's a walking group. It has a fb page Campoverde walking.
Are there any sports you like? I can give you the links for walking football, table tennis,sup boarding/ kyaking, sequence dancing. There's a few things a the local church shed, which also has a FB page.
That's also several quizzes on in bars in both the new and old part

My husband and I have owned a house in campoverde for the last 7 years and yes finally we hope to spend 6 months of the year there like you !
We are of similar age and yes new friends would be great

Our first big trip is planned for the end of September so yes will get in touch soon
