Sorry about that, it's due for renewal in June and obviously they don't trust me enough to book ahead and renew after!

Ah just read you're travelling September, I actually thought if you 'booked' before expiry it gave the discount, we're new members this year so just finding out some of the rules.

Hi, your membership code is only valid to give out after renewal for following year, and discount for the member can only be used on a future booking not membership after renewal. If you have earned discounts from guest uses and don't book that year it is lost, there is no rollover? I gave my code to Bob and he discovered it couldn't be used. I contacted them and was told my code had been used the max of 15times already this year. Also no further use until November when I renew it. I haven't booked yet for this year and was told my £150 voucher earned last year would expire on renewal if we don't book something. This may be news to some members. Hope Bob finds another code to use.
