...ver to Calor gas like the Hob and water boiler but this was mainly down to the power cutting out if we had too many things running. Overall for a 2 bed bungalow we pay around €900 per year for gas and electric which I think is good. Just watch what appliances you are using as well, some things you might think are cheap to run can be really expensive. Do research in to running costs. Hope this helps.

Impossible to answer, as it changes day by day.

Hi Jim, I joined the forum yesterday and spent the day reading many of your wonderfully informative guides. You have lowered my blood pressure considerably! I hope to buy in the northern Costa Blanca next year and feel so relieved to have access to all the expertise displayed on this forum. Thank you to all who share their experiences and advice. I appreciate it all and enjoy reading your posts. Please keep it up!!!!

Thanks very much for what you say, and welcome to the forum.

I'm far from being the only one who posts good information, so please make sure you look at what others have to say.

Due to personal circumstances, I've not been able to post much new information, but hopefully normal service will soon be resumed.
