I just read that the Local police
"on 5th & 7th February are holding at the comprehensive security center, the national police team of the police for management and processing of the national identity document. The numbers for previous appointment will be given on Tuesday 5th February from 08.00pm. It's mandatory to come the two days"
can anyone enlighten me on this please??

I've no idea, but because it relates to DNIs it's only applicable to Spanish citizens.
I believe it relates to a National Identity Card that only applies to Spanish Citizens.
