Hi Joanne - I have a place in Pinar de Campoverde which I am trying to get out to. I have a spiral staircase for sale. It is a modular unit bought from Screwfix at about £850.  What height are you talking about? I want £300 for it or 350euros. However dependent when I can get out to spain - Steve

Hi Steve thanks for your message.

I’m just waiting for architect drawings to confirm height so will let you know.

Why  are you selling yours? Metal or wood?

What height are yours?

Regards. Jo

Hi Joanne

The stairs have a metal support with wooden steps. I am not sure the height but I am hoping to get to Spain at the end of next month. I will get some further info from the web

Regards

Steve

Hi Jo

I bought them to install in my property but decided against it. Since we toyed with the idea of moving closer to the coast/Alicante. Then COVID happened. So you’re travelling back to UK? Where do you get a test 3 days before flying? I was told the Doc near the church in PDC does them and issues certificates?

Regards

Steve

Hi Jo

I have remembered the manufacturer name of the spiral staircase, it is Fontanont. The model is discontinued but apparently you can buy the bits and update the sectional hand rail etc. Rgds Steve

Hi Jo

I am hoping to get out to Spain in October/November. I will measure the stairs then and give info. The central metal support is grey but I think it can be sprayed/ painted any colour. The stair metal support is grey as well.

Are the restaurants, bars etc open in Pinar as well? Thanks for the information by the way. If your property is one of the older terraced type properties found on Pinar then the stairs will fit in height since obviously I bought the stairs to fit my property. However a landing could increase the height.

Rgds Steve

Hi JoNo problem. I took the plunge and booked with Ryanair for 3 weeks time to visit Pinar (and check the place). I will put them on market place though. Good luck with the refurb. - Steve
