Slimming club

Hi I asked this same question when I moved here and alas I haven't found any. Iv actually done a online with my fitness pal and you can swipe all Spanish food or add calories etc the same as Weight Watchers. Iv also joined 3 walking groups which is great exercise,great scenery plus you can make friends. Iv lost a stone since I've been here and 10lb away from goal. Happy to help with any tips or meet coffee to chat about diets lol

there is a slimming world but not sure of details.

Someone did tell me yesterday that there is a lady called Jilly / Gilly who runs a slimming club here in Campoverde along the lines of Slimming World / Weightwatchers but that is all I know - if anyone does have some information, then I would also be interested, thanks!

Hello I managed to find Jilly she runs a Slimmimg World club at Campoverde Bar in the village Tuesday 3.30 I might go along next Tuesday and see what she offers as I don't think she actually runs it for Slimming World (although I might be wrong) it wouldn't be worth me joining until January though as I am back in UK for 3 weeks soon but will check it out if you are interested??

I'm not sure myself but I would imagine so! I did send an email message but it was undeliverable but there is a phone number so I shall give her a ring but if you want to have a look google Jillys Slimming World and you will see it. If it looks ok we could join together!! I am not back in the UK until 5th Jan so it would have to be 9th for me (it would be nice to go with someone!!)

Hello I went along to Jillys Slimming Tuesday and she has adapted her diet along the lines of Slimming World. It was very friendly and seems to achieve good weight losses. The bar is called Lucia's bar and it is opposite the car park. I am definitely          Going next week. Just thought I would let you know!
