A friend of mine is coming out to Spain for a couple of months and needs to take regular INR blood tests. Does anyone know where on Orihuela Costa he can take these tests. Thank you for your help.

This is covered under the EHIC/GHIC. If your friend brings a letter from his GP, translated to Spanish, he should go to the nearest Centro de Salud for a temporary SIP card and to arrange dates for the tests.
He may need to take a translator with him.

I am the same, if they have the health card issued in U.K. the EHCI??? they need to take that & their passport to a clinic where they will be issued with a temporary sip card & then will be able to make an appointment, I go & have mine then I call the clinic in the U.K. where they tell me what dose & date for next test. Hope that helps
