Job vacancy: Bar Supervisor

We are looking for a bar supervisor to assist in the day to day running and ongoing development of our busy bar in Pinar de Campoverde

You will need to have previous bar experience and a flexible approach to work.

You will be outgoing with good customer skills and will have the ability to lead and motivate your team.

Good food preparation and cooking skills would be an advantage but not essential.

Working in London for than 15 years in catering and hospitality in resturants/hotels and bars. Hi, I am writing to express an interest in the post of bar supervisor. I have had lots of experience of working in bars to a supervisory level, on a luxury barge, on cross channel ferries and in a private estate in southern Ireland, not to mention many pubs over the years.

I am currently working in the UK as a hotel breakfast cook/ receptionist, I am 58 years old, very fit, work long hours and not afraid of hard work. I am very forward thinking, great team player and have a sunny disposition.

I am booked to come to the area next month and would love to meet up to discuss the position in more detail.
