I am looking for a long term rental at least 1 year for I am a non smoker and have no pets, just 2 children who will be going to school in Pilar in October so I'd like a rental from September/ October time. I would like a 2bed or more property house bungalow or a apartment if it had its own outside space for the children. Thank you in advance

Hi, I'm looking for long term rental for about 2 years or more if possible, I'm a non smoker, no children or pets, would prefer 2 beds 1 to 2 bathroom, not really interested with garden or or big patio but need to find one ASAP because of my work in Campoverde the max I want to pay is 300€ a month

I have a 3-bed, detached villa in Campoverde which has just become vacant. It is around 6 years old and has a lovely terrace on the first floor however, does not have a swimming pool.
How much rent were you looking to pay?
