Does anybody have any experience with obtaining these certificates from Pinoso town hall ie how long would it usually take for production. I have agreed the purchase of a property outside Pinoso but have been waiting for the certificates to be produced since about the end of October. The vendor has been sitting on the town hall to chase them apparently but they have still not been produced or one has but in the wrong format/wrong date. Any comments gratefully received.

If everything else is complete it really shouldn't be so long, have you asked your solicitor to chase up with the town hall?

yes i have chased her and she has been to the town hall and spoken with the Notary but tells me that there is an open infraction case in another town hall department which she is trying together to the bottom of. I just wondered how long these things usually take as I was told 4 weeks but that was a couple of months ago
