Can anyone tell me we’re u take the olives to turn them into oil please

I can't speak for Pinoso, but you can take them to Bodega San Blas in Sax. They are alongside the A31 next to the station. You can pick up some good wine while you are there.
Culebron. That’s where we take all ours. Best olive oil ever.
