Hi When I return home this evening I will give a call to a lady who owns an estate agents in Pinoso she helped my husband and I buy our house.

that would be great thanks...you say estate agent there in pinoso..would she be English or Spanish.being as of now i am having trouble with a certain estate agent there in Pinoso   Gary Morrison of Alicante  Dreams Homes,who is r was supposed to be selling some land i have in Terro Del Rico...keeps coming with situations and now he tells me he must have sent the Escritura/deeds back to me or he has lost them....could tell your more,but would be nice if you could ask about if she knows him?...much appreciated Anita.

Oh dear how awful for you no we have an amazing lady called Karen from Country Fincas very professional we also have a fantastic lawyer her name is Angela she is based in pinoso and she is very in depth and is very thread to the needle saving us from getting our fingers burnt.

I have spoke to the chap you mentioned when we were looking for a property but we didn't take it any further with his company as we found Karen and her team very professional as I am an ex customer services manager she ticked all the boxes for us no flannel just facts.

Re Mr Morrison I will do some inquiry's  for you it sounds like he maybe leading you on all confidential of coarse it might be worth having a chat with the lawyer she has excellent English language and knows pinoso and the area very well indeed i could find out her cost for a chat.
