To give us something to go on, as you are showing interest in both Orba and Pinoso, have you been to either of them? Also, what type of property (town, rural) and is it for a permanent move or holiday home/future full-time home. Also, as some of the advice may differ, are you from the UK and do you speak Spanish?

Also what are you looking to buy? off plan, resale? Villa, apartment? Rural gets you more for less money, in town gets you easier access to restaurants, shops, medical etc.

Have you been to the area for any length of time? Looked around and seen any specific areas in and around Pinoso? Its a fairly big area

Hi we moved here last summer - pinoso is great almost everything you need nice people very welcoming not far from beach or airports - we are very pleased with our choice
