been here only this year, but just great so far, weather, local wine at the 2 bodegas and more locally, market veg wed & sat, Elche for Carefour, Aldi, Lidl 20 mins away, walks, views, Michelin Star Restaurant for €30 a head, loads of local restaurants at €9 up for 3 course, airport 35 mins away Umbrella Indoor airport car parking €250 a year, El Campelo beach 45 mins (free parking) wish we had done it 10 years ago. We bought through Olive Tree on Rightmove. Purchase not like Uk so a good agent is important.

Could someone please put me in touch with a good agent in Pinoso, who speaks English, to help us look at purchasing a property to fix up and turn into a B&B as well as live in it whilst renovating?

Country Fincas are excellent. We bought our land through them last year. Brenda and Karen are English and have been living in Pinoso both for over 10 years. They help with whole purchase process. Wouldn't use any other agent!

Hi SarahJane;   Thanks for the info.   I somehow did find their details via the "properties for sale" option on this forum and I think I did send them a message, to which they have not replied.   Are the agents usually quite laid back in Pinoso?   Perhaps you have other contact details for them, which I would appreciate receiving.

Send them an email to info@countryfincas.com and they will reply. I have just spoken to Karen and she is not on this forum yet. The Website is also really god for searching for properties either by area, size, price, type. Good luck in your search!
