Thanks for adding us to your forum

We are thinking of moving to Pinoso in the near future (hoping to buy a new build)

we came in October and spent a day driving around the area

we are coming over on the 19th march for 2 week and stopping just out side the town of Pnoso

Hi,

You don't say where you are living now, are you a UK passport holder and do you live in the UK?

Answers to the above will help give you better information.

As you are a UK passport holder you will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish consulate while you are still living in the UK before you can move over to Spain permanently. You will need to meet the income and healthcare requirements. If you come to retire in Spain you will need a non lucrative visa.

How to apply for a Non-Lucrative visa (NLV)

You cannot just move over to Spain and live here permanently without a visa.

If you want to come and work you will need to find an employer willing to sponsor you with a work visa.

Hi

We did the same a couple of years ago. We are just outside Pinoso in Lel.  We waited for a new build.

A lovely quiet area, but close enough to the town for shopping. Happy to try and answer any questions if you have any.

Good luck

Hi Both,

We are currently thinking exactly the same thing. Will hopefully be visiting in July although only for a couple of days. We know Javea, Morira region very well but not so much around Pinoso but we're tempted by the size of plot and type of property available as a new build.

How did you get on with your trip?

Are you still considering a new build in the area?

Do you know if it would be feasible to use as a holiday let in that area summer/winter for a couple of months - or too far inland/remote.

Any advice welcome..

Thank you
