Hello

My husband and I are thinking about moving to pinoso we were here about 15 years ago when it was hardly developed.

Can anyone give me any advice on the plus side and minus side to buying here we are thinking of purchasing a new build off plan.

If you have any further advice please let me know.

Thanks

Oh we also plan to bring our dog to live too

Hi,  I can highly recommend sunbeachvillas.com.  Really helpful and I think they are great.    They use WhatsApp.  694493124.    Good luck.

Pinoso is spanish and traditional but if you want British foods etc there is one shop and a couple of good places to eat.  However it has amazing menu of the day at many great spanish restaurants.  Fantastic vet and several dog charities.  Local markets good for fresh fruit and feg.   Lots of bodegas to but local wine.  It’s 45 minutes to the coast but we are surrounded by astounding scenery.    Visit.  Look at new off plan by all means but there are cave houses , old town houses and  houses you could move straight into.      I have recently retired here after using our place as a holiday home for many years.  I adore the town

Hi Amanda

Yes he took us out in Sept to see some that had been built and were in progress.. we spoke to a couple who had moved into one 4 months before.. they had only good things to say and the villa was beautiful
