I wonder if anyone can help, I am in the process of buying a parcel of land in the Torre del Rico area not far from Pinoso but in the Murcia Region,  it is over the required 5000 square meters and it has building permission, but as yet I have not decided on a building project.

My question is, can I put a caravan and a wooden shed/workshop on the land and stay there for a few days at a time until I decide exactly what we want to build there. If so what size shed/workshop could I erect and what licences would I need if it was placed on small pillars as opposed to a concrete slab.

The only way to find out for sure would be to ask at the town hall for the area. I'd also check on the building permission you mention, to find out if there are any limitations regarding area or height etc.

If the shed isn't a permanent structure, there shouldn't be a problem, but town halls differ in what they consider acceptable.

Hi if you go to a local Architect they will normaly give you free advice and they know the system well they can also tell you exactly who to speak to in the town hall,

Hi folks, I've just joined the forum and have similar questions to those of the OP.  Can anyone recommend an English speaking architect I could approach with the same kinds of questions?

Many thanks

I think it's overseen by Pinoso, although water supply is from SAT Ubeda

Thanks.  Anyone have an email address for the town hall architect for Pinosos/ Elche?  Or where I could find it?

Hi

Did you get the answers to your questions?

I am currently wanting to put a caravan/mobile home on my land plot of 3000 sqm, have one at 6000sqm also.

I have a Ceduala Urbanista for the land.

What is the process you went through?

What were the costs?
