I would love to spend some time travelling around the area in my campervan.
I would love to spend some time travelling around the area in my camper-van I’m Considering buying a plot of land with maybe an old building for water and electricity. Any thoughts?

Good luck, but be careful. An old and unused building that had water and electricity to it will probably have had these disconnected due to non-payment of the standing charges. And if you intend to connect water and electricity to a camper van, then check with the relevant town hall as they might require planning permission for this.
