Looking to buy a car

Afternoon,
I am looking to buy a second hand car, my budget is around €23,000, looking for a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid. I see lots of adverts on many sites showing the cars I ring but my Spanish isn't up to buying and end up with nothing. Does any one know any dealers/brokers who can help please?
