Hi folks, I mentioned as a side issue of my dealings with SAT Ubeda in another thread and the feedback I've had so far suggests that other water companies provide a less troublesome service than the one I've had.  As mentioned before, I've had a terrible time dealing with the guy who runs SAT Ubeda, who added 149% interest onto bills I had waiting that I was unaware of.  I'm non-resident and wasn't told that I would have any water bills to pay and had assumed that because I wasn't connected to the water supply then there wouldn't be any bills (there's only a meter on the neighbouring land and no connection to my bit of rustic land).  However, the 'deramas' as SAT Ubeda refers to them has to be paid annually.  He added the interest because the bills went unpaid.  To this day he refuses to answer my emails, and so I'm forced to deal with him via my lawyer.

Has anyone else had any dealings with SAT Ubeda?  Or can you comment on your experiences of other water companies and the 'deramas' I mentioned earlier?
