Linear Directa House Insurance
I have been with this Insurance company for years. I am looking to change and 'phoned them to cancel. Their response was "We will take off 50% as you are a loyal customer". The reason I'm looking elsewhere is because of the bad reviews this company has. I can add another one:
They sent me an email (in Spanish) which I have to print, sign and either fax it or post it to them. I chose the option of posting it with proof of delivery (which cost £6). In their letter they explained if they didn't receive my signed paper within 30 days, they would assume I still wanted to stay with them and would automatically take my money! (Even though I told them I don't want their insurance). Having read what other people have said about cancelling, I don't hold out much hope.....
Do not use them.
