Correos problems -Help please?

I'm having massive difficulty with collecting a parcel. Basically I have put my married name down on the order but on my passport it's my maiden name, this has never been a problem before when collecting packages as I take my driving lisence and they accept it. Only problem is this time they have written my name wrong on the correos leaflet to collect. So even though the women had the parcel right infront of me she refused to actually give it to me. I have no idea what to do as it was from the he uk. Please help!

Utility bill or house purchase papers rental documents lease basically anything with your details

It is supposed to be photo ID so even in UK most will refuse bills and statements,you will be much better with passport and marriage certificate.
