Asking on behalf of someone moving out to Spain. Needed almost immediately, an approx 3 month rental while looking to buy a house. The couple are not too bothered about location, size or style as long as owner is happy for them to have a small, calm, dog. South Costa Blanca.
May suit someone waiting for their holiday let license as this is a long enough rental to be excluded from license requirements.
