Hello,

Maybe a strange question, but do Budgies live wild in Spain please, my cat caught one, and I don't know whether to let him go or keep him, can anyone help, do you know.

Many thanks Jean W

Are you sure it’s a budgie ? Bit of a long way to fly , but I read someone lost their blue little bird ... it looks like a love bird .

Budgies are native Australian

Yes positive, it is green and its a boy, I kept many in GB. I'm not saying it flew here from Oz, but if you think about how many green parrots are in the UK at the moment, did they fly from Brazil, Spain, who knows, everything is possible, although there are colonies of Budgies here in Spain, as Ray said.

Hi, yes I see, I'll post to Facebook, see if anyone has lost him, I was confused if he may be a wild one because of his colour, he's green, like the wild ones. He's doing OK now, tweeting away.

Thanks Jean
