His everyone, I am in the UK and trying to telephone Bankinter in Playa Flamenca. All their published telephone numbers are unobtainable, as is their email address. If anyone out there has been informed of a new number for them I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks

The number we use when we phone to pay off our Bankinter Credit card is 902888835.

It's a central number so they should be able to give you a number for the branch you want

Hi Alex

Me and my wife are in the UK and have had a holiday home since 2004 in Playa Flamenca. We have received a letter from Bankinter saying that due to new laws Banks are making accounts inactive due to a new money laundering policy so will need to provide our ID. We have tried calling the branch, have emailed our contact with copies of our passports and also posted our ID to the Playa Flamenca Bankinter and have received another letter saying that our account will be made inactive. We have been loyal customers since 2004

We are getting worried now, and having a sleepless nights, can you help. We not tech savvy either but trying our best.

Hope you can help

Rob and Donna

Hi I had the same issue this year and was provided with the following contact at the Playa Flamenca branch, her name is Ana and her email is  [email protected].  I scanned my documents to her and this was accepted. I hope this helps.

Hi kay

It now appears that Ana is away on holiday and the email contact they have sent me in Ana's absence doesn't work I think they have a spelling mistake in the email? Again I have tried calling and nothing. Not having much look. Do you have any other contact or can you suggest anything else?

Sorry to be a pain but it's pretty frustrating for us at the moment. I just want to sleep at night:)

Hi Rob

Well I called the main Madrid number who were very helpful and the ones that got me the contact for the Playa Flamenca branch, the number is +34 91 657 88 01. This may help?   Or do you have a solicitor out here who could take your passport details into the branch?
