Can someone tell me when you buy a prooerty is it normal your asked to lodge money into sellers currency direct account plus other transfers to estate agent notary etc. Dosent sound right . Last tome I bought it was one final transfer to the lawyer account and funds distributed after that

Do not lodge money into Seller Currencies account, Lodge money into your Solicitors holding account, let your Solicitors do search on property to see if debt due on Property,, if sellers do not agree walk away,

You should pay all money at every stage via your own lawyer's Client Account for your own protection.
