Advice if possible.

I get my Suma bill by post and I pick up, in August, while I`m on vacation and then pay direct via my bank.

However due to COVID restrictions I`ve not been out to Spain to pick up the bill.

I have tried to get my latest bill on line, via the website, to enable me to pay but to no avail.

Has anyone else had the same problem and did you get it resolved.

Many thanks

Stay Safe

Try this, there is a live chat line too.

It would probably be helpful if you have a previous bill to hand.

You could also consider arranging to have any future bills emailed to you whilst on the chat facility.

Hi William, We hit the same problem about 3 years ago when they sent the SUMA demand to our UK address, with gory details of what might happen if we didn't pay it pronto.

As you mention, it wasn't possible to pay it online, neither was my bank in Santa Pola interested in helping.

So I wrote back by registered post and told them I was unable to pay it while I was not in Spain, but would see to it as soon as, which I did, some 4 months later.

I recently discovered that it is now being paid directly by CaixaBank bank without me having formally asked anybody to do it!

How helpful !

I used the link and forwarded my details. I got a reply the next day with bill. Unfortunately I had incurred additional late and interest fees amounting to 40 euros but at least its paid. I tried to set up a DD to no avail. Hopefully I`ll be in Spain this year and pick up the bill in my post box. In any case the bill is now paid. Thanks everyone for your assistance. Stay Safe.
