Hi all looking for some advice please...... I've been with Sabadell bank for the last twelve months and all I can say is absolutely terrible customer services.

I'm look for a bank with good customer service when thing go wrong and you need help to put things right.

Can anyone recommend a bank in or near to play flamenca that's really good to move too?

I have a power of Attorney over here so I think I need a bank with a local branch and not internet option.

Many thanks in advance of any help.

We bank with Caixa, but we are full time residents. No complaints, but I am willing to communicate online with them, they have very comprehensive systems. One may also make appointments to see somebody, and they do have branches in most places. Appointment times are within certain timescales only, I think, between 8 am and 10....

It appears all Banks in Spain give poor customer service...I have bad experience of three different banks..

I am also trying to transfer euros using Wise and having trouble setting up my account to pay the Sterling part of the transfer..although had codes from my bank to approve payment to Wise....

Sorry but not sure of your issue ,I transfer Sterling from Bank of Scotland into Wise account ,then convert to Euros and pay my Bill's in Spain from my Wise account ,no problems and saving charges from Sabadell bank in Spain
