No problem logging into Wise. I look in most days and just tried it 1 minute ago.

All good. I check daily. Just tested it now and still ok. Their call centre is pretty good for identifying issues and are generally helpful. Here’s their phone number:

Have you tried to uninstall the App and then after 30 minutes, reinstall the App, has worked on a few apps for me, Simple process

Thanks to everybody for your replies.
The app wouldn't log me in for around 3 days, except just once after un/re-installing. After that it all went wrong again, although the website was fine! This morning it's back to normal and I've no idea why!
In the meantime, my missus encountered the same problem and it's still misbehaving right now.
The only relevant thing I can think of that we have in common is our address - I did read somewhere recently that Wise have been told off for not demanding proof of address on members accounts. Neither of us can remember being asked for this.
I'll contact them if my missus account doesn't return to normal.
