Have a look at Graham's website - there's a lot of good information about all the TV options:

www.televisiontechnology.eu

For broadband we use Movistar. Not the cheapest, but for €55 a month we get internet, landline and two mobiles. There are some terms and conditions; for examples calls from the second mobile cost 20 cents, and checks with the answering service cost 10 cents.

For international calls we've always used InternetCalls.

At Zenia Boulevard check out the TV Horadada shop located opposite the Alcampo Supermarket, they will provide you with a variety of options.

Hopefully someone with more local knowledge will answer this better than I can. Apart from going to Only Meat to re-stock our freezer, I avoid Torrevieja.

There's apparently a shop in the Habaneras shopping centre. Movistar also say there's one in Torrevieja town, but looking at that in Street View, it appeared as though the shop might be closed. There's definitely a shop in Orihuela - I was there this week.

Depending on what contract you take out, Movistar shops normally give you a free mobile, but we declined that as I'd looked at them on the Movistar website and they didn't suit us - too small and too basic. If you've already got a decent mobile (unlocked), then in my opinion it's better to let them just supply a SIM card. Of course, it you haven't already got a phone each, then get the free one as well.

If you want to get some idea what options are available, then look at:
