Hiya G1971, the best place to ensure you got a seat would be at the Terminus bus stop outside the main pedestrian entrance to La Zenia Boulevard  ( Not the entrance from the car park ).

If you are further away toward Playa Flamenca it is easiest to walk along the side of the motorway go under the underpass then on that side of the road you will find the bus stop the  earliest is the 10.15 which normally arrives 10 minutes later!

Returning back it normally drops you on the Mercadonna roundabout this one is also the normal stop for Daves coaches.

You will get a bus from the bus stop outside La Zenia Boulevard.  There are also buses running along the N332 which stops at the bus stop Playa Flamenca on the N332.  You have to go under the bridge towards the beach but when you get under the bridge turn right and there are steps not too far along where you climb the stairs to the bus stop.  You will find the timetable online costazul.net. http://costazul.net/en/intercity-services/

There is a new bus that runs almost every hour, you can catch it at the Boulevard  it also stops outside the New Marco Polo Bar at Punta Prima, you can get a timetable in the Tourist Office next to the Town Hall and Bankinter at Playa Flamenca Island,, the bus stops just before the Marina and then in the main bus station in Torry, it is €1.35 each way.

https://costazul.net/en/new-service-torrevieja-zenia-boulevard-shopping-center/

this gives you the times. The bus picks up at The Zenia Boulevard then just past the Murphy's pub near Via Park 2 there is a bus stop with a seat not sure after that till it gets to the new Marco Polo at Punta Prima. It stops just before the marina in Torry then goes onto the bus station. €1.35 pp.
