Does anyone know if buses from Alicante airport to Torrevieja are running on the 5th January at 6pm.
Also it's a bank holiday 6th so are all shops closed. Didn't really choose an ideal time to fly out!!

Tickets for the bus can be bought here https://regular.autobusing.com/venta?empresa=costa-azul&locale=es so presumably there will actually be a service! But then you'll have to get from Torrevieja to Playa Flamenca - in practice, the bus to La Zenia Boulevard may be your best bet, and you may just about get to AlCampo supermarket before it shuts.
Shopping is not going to be easy on 6th! Your best bet is probably the Carrefour Express filling station in Playa Flamenca, but I don't know for sure.
....or you could take a taxi at the airport
