Stevec61 - that comment is completely uncalled for...even if you know the property, which I am thinking your likely don't.  If you don't have anything positive to say then just keep your thoughts to yourself.

Yockie - I wasn't making any comment, uncalled or not, I was just humourising around the fact that Shara has advertised the property for sale at €310 - which indeed is not a realistic price, as I presume the property is well worth more then that amount!!

It was simply meant to be a light -hearted joke, nothing negative - as I would never publicly comment or pass on my opinions on whatever price anybody is selling their house for...!

Good luck with your sale Shara - I'm sure that there are plenty of estate agents who view this site that would be interested in taking your property onto their books

I think Steve's comment is very appropriate. It is amazing how many properties you see advertised at prices that pertained around 2007/8. People wonder why they have not sold 12 months after they have gone on the market. There are apparently 4 million properties for sale all around the Spanish Costas. As they say in the best circles, 'You do the maths'

A quick sale needs a lower than real price and definitely an Agent if selling from the UK.

I can recommend the Agents who are down beside the Correos near the Lobster restaurant, They did a fantastic job for the seller (and us) when we bought our property. They were completely professional and competent, having been in business for 50 years.

Well worth having a conversation with them.
