I have rebooked my Jet2 flight for 20th July but I am not holding my breath. I find it incredible that they are increasing their flight costs to above average prices even though I understand they’ve had a huge loss of profit while paying rent on ‘parking’ their planes at airports, etc. However we all know that these airlines have all had a bail-out from the government.

You should be fine for the 20th

Also Ryanair announced a 40% increase in flights from 10th July

Chelsea, The 'air bridge' idea is ,at the moment, only at the discussions stage. It cant be ending on 29th June as it hasn't even begun yet .

LeckyLes

Les and Chelsea - I'm less confident that the air bridge concept discussion has even started UK<->Spain as yet (El Pais news). It has for other countries but we are behind them in terms of demonstrable capability but improving week on week. 202 fatalities over the last 24 hours here (UK). Better but not good enough as yet.

I do sincerely hope that we get there, August or whenever...you are not alone and our best wishes go out to you.

Cheers,

Dave
