For those that are interested in how Spain and other countries are doing, here is a good website.

Covid19.healthdata.org

What I find strange is that the U.K. are not reporting the numbers of recoveries. I have just looked at Spain and Sweden and they are both including those numbers. Does anybody know why U.K. recovery figures are not available? I am happy with the direction that Spain appears to be taking. 😍🇪🇸

That is quite simple because British press and media are not interested in those that recover only the elderly deaths it’s far more sensational than reporting on the handful of younger deaths or recoveries because basically they would run out of news!

Yes, but surely the website I quoted are clearly getting figures from each country’s government, but not the U.K. the media doesn’t really come in to it.

I agree likes of cheap tabloids only sell when there are very bad news

And the British public like so gossiping they are love bad news

The true pandemic in UK is still a guess work for many the media, the government, and the system do not want anyone to know what is really going on over there

We now hear there are over 8000 new cases each day in NE of England alone but no one telling how many of these new cases are serious and how many are just with mild symptoms

Don’t you love the Brits

The biggest problem is many of these cases are probable not definite if they die outside hospital there is no post-mortem carried out but it is registered as COVID-19 it is the same with children with Kawasaki disease which has been around for many years and all of a sudden it is related to COVID-19 despite children being negative scaremongering tactics!

I still don’t understand why the recoveries are not being counted in the U.K.
