Changing from British to Spanish plates.

I know there will be so many difference's about engine size, age,emission's etc etc.But can any one give me a ball park figure as to actually what it would cost to swap my 03 ford focus onto Spanish plates.It's a lovely car and low mileage ,been looking at similar but with a lot more miles and the prices are ridiculous.Also is it possible to get an ITV on a british car.Someone has told me i can but only for the first year the car is in the country.Whilst i'm at it i might as well ask where the best place is to buy a set of headlights(LH) and probable cost.
