Not at the moment and no specific date announced, just expected some time in 2023.

Yes, Torrevieja is one of  a number of local municipalities to have low emission zones (over 50k residents)

It has to be put into practice before the end of 2023 and when implemented, you will not be allowed into the low emission zones.

Although Torrevieja have not yet announced a starting date, you can purchase a sticker now.

Have a look at the N332 website.   It is for English speaking people and deals with anything to do with driving in Spain.   It is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.

I was looking into this the other day and came across this website https://www.pegatinas-dgt.com/en

It's in English and as far as I can see you just type in your reg number and it tells you straight away what sticker you need (if any)

If you want to buy it there and then just submit a copy of your "drivers licence"  and  "Permiso de Circulacion" (the green log book)

It  costs 6.50 euros which includes postage,

Regards
