On a quick drive down the street with Google Street View, it looks like a normal residential area. What makes you think it's part of a community?

Should be shown in your deed of purchase.

Spanish Law entitles you to know all details/conditions of the transaction 3 days prior to final approval. You should take advantage of this and have a person of your confidence, familir with Spanish Laws, look after hidden traps. If the seller appointed the Notary Public be extremely careful, once you have put your signature there is no way back. Sorry if this sounds negative but this is what my avatar stands for.

There's a few urbanisations on that street - we looked at Residential Miraflores 1 and 2.

Do what Jim did and have a look on google street view - you can travel down the street and will hopefully recognise what you bought 😉😉.

We're just the next street over from you - hope it all goes well and enjoy.

A number of different communities.  The gated ones tend to have the names on the gates, others on small signs at the entrances to the driveways.  Your estate agent you used should know, or your legal team should be able to tell you too.

Hope all goes well for you. We are hopefully completing in Playa Flamenca on Monday ( fingers crossed). Really like the area with nice restaurants and bars in the area.
