If it is for a fixed installation such as a cooker or water heater then you need to have a contract with either Cepsa or Repsol renewable every 5 years when they check everything over and issue a boletín. Once you have the contract they will deliver.
If it is for a BBQ, or in winter for a portable gas fire no contract is required but sorry, I'm not in your area to know if anyone delivers.

Which bottle are you exchanging is it a Cepsa  or Repsol?

I guess you haven’t  got transport to exchange at your nearest outlet.

I believe Repsol deliver in some areas as I’ve seen the bottles left out on delivery day, but I’m not sure if you need a contract to qualify.

For  a gas heater I again presume you haven’t gone down the contract route and obtained your first bottle, the way most people do.
