Hi i had posted a few messages on the forum and everyone has been extremely helpful. I had said that I am hoping to move to Playa-flamenca and that i had viewed a lovely house in ,Calle niagara. I think it's aria 4 🤔
Can anyone tell if that is a nice area to live in, I will mostly be on my own and as it's gated im sure I will feel pretty safe. I'd love to hear from anyone living in that area. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks so much. Susan

It might be helpful to put any information about the area on the open forum for other forum members who are thinking of moving to the same area. That is the whole idea of forums like this.

Hi
When I search google maps for "calle Niagara 4", it says it is close to the Flamenca Beach Centre, and Homes in the Sun estate agent.
Although I've never been inside that gated urb, I drive past it frequently. It strikes me as a very good location, just far enough away from the bars to avoid any noise issues.
I would think you could be very happy there. Like anywhere else though, there's always the chance of a bad neighbour, maybe that's what Lee can help with.

Hi Susan,
We bought in Iria 1, on Calle Niagara, 3 years ago, we love it here. We find it a great place lots of varied bars and restaurants and as you say we feel very safe in the gated community. We have not had trouble with noise, but then we are only here between October and March, we have found all the people we have come into contact with to be friendly, irrespective of nationality. Would definitely recommend the area in general. Best of luck, Zdenek
