I drive past there most days, and from the road it looks pretty well finished, but I'll  pay more attention to it next time I pass!

Just out of interest, why are you asking?

Hi thanks for that. I'm buying a townhouse at the back of the complex from the front road and wanted to know how far they have got or if it will be finished by the time my completion in sept. I cannot see recent photo of it only that phase 1 and 2 are complete there are 4 phases and I'm near 3 and 4. Thankyou so much.

It’s on what was a large area of land to the right of the small roundabout at Mercadona on Calle Pablo Picasso. It stretches right up the road on the l/h side, around the bend towards where the Saturday market is held. The complex has been under construction for close on 3 years I’d guess

I drove past today and was paying attention this time! Yeah, two phases look finished, the others look fully built but needing windows and cladding. I'm no builder, but from what I've seen before, windows and cladding can be done pretty quick once the weather improves.
