Parking at New Murcia airport.

Am i right in thinking (as yet) that there's no parking charges at the new airport.

No, tickets are issued and the ticket machines are operating although the charges are quite low if you are picking up friends or family. To keep it low I suggest when you are approaching the Airport and leaving the A30 park at the petrol station just of the roundabout and have your friends phone you when they have cleared passport control and got their luggage, by the time they are out you will have arrived in the car park.

Theirs nowt at this airport. Concrete square box absolutely a disgrace. Only vending machines airside and one shop. Coffee Costa before checkin and a paper shop. advice go to Alicante and get the coach up !!
