Hi every time I come over to Spain I have lost channels I pay a guy to tune in my TV despite paying a fee to my community So do I need a smart TV or what is the solution? Also where is the best and most reasonable company who could install mosquito screens for my windows?

If  you  have  Internet  in Apartment,  why  not  buy  A loaded Firestick  from  your  Home,  bring  it  with you,  or  you  can  purchase  a  loaded Firestick  here, and  get it  set  up  for  yourself,  You should  have  TV  without  any  problems

How do you receive your channels, is it by community or your own satellite dish or do you have IPTV?   You need to check with your President or Administrator if TV maintenance is included in your community fees.  This would be unusual as anything inside the house is considered private and the owner's responsibility.

If channels change satellite frequencies, and you dont have a sky or freesat box that automatically update, then you (or someone you pay), will have to perform a channels scan on your receiver / tv to pick the channels up on their new frequency. This is nothing to do with the community, or community fees you may pay,  and just down to the equipment you may be using.

If channels are not physically being received by the communal system, then that is when you should contact the community to sort out as part of your annual fees.
