I have uploaded the contact details for a plumber who moved our air conditioning unit from the ground floor to the first floor (for aesthetic reasons) and he was fantastic. I note he does plumbing work, so may fit filters. He is Spanish and speaks little English, so there may be a challenge for you there.

I took a photo of his van because I was so impressed with his workmanship. I have uploaded this photo for you, in case it is a help

...changing around every year which was around 25€ .. we now have a lot of space in the cupboard under the sink which is useful in a small kitchen and we are very happy with the new system..hope that helps (as you say 150€)

We just had filter fitted, was told the same  that the older large tank types are inefficient. Water tastes perfectly fine and it didn't need an additional tap or tap changed. Very pleased with it.
